Scott Contracting & Excavating demolished eight eightplex buildings spanning 45,624 square feet for BC Housing, while performing comprehensive hazardous materials abatement.
Work ran under our Safety Program with the S.A.F.E. designation, using dust suppression and controlled handling of hazardous materials throughout. Over 85% of the concrete and metals were recycled at a local facility.
The project was completed ahead of schedule.
