Demolition is our lead service. Residential, commercial and industrial removals, from selective interior strip-outs to full structural teardowns, with permits and traffic control sorted before the first machine moves.
We have taken down retirement homes, warehouses, arenas and fire-damaged commercial buildings, including work with engineered wall bracing and crane-assisted removal where structures were compromised.
Material gets sorted mechanically on site and routed to recycling wherever it can be. On recent major projects that has meant 80% or more diverted from landfill. Metals and timber worth saving get recycled through Smokin Joe's Recycling and Salvage, our own yard, instead of going to the dump.
