Abatement · Vernon
House Fire Abatement.
Post-fire hazardous material abatement in a Vernon home, sealed room by room and cleared under containment before restoration could start.
The job.
After a structure fire in a Vernon home, the insurer’s restoration plan could not start until the hazardous materials exposed and spread by the fire were dealt with. Our abatement crew took the house room by room.
Fire changes abatement. Materials that were stable before the loss are burned, broken and mixed, and smoke carries contamination into spaces the fire never reached. Each area was sealed, worked under containment, and cleared before the next was opened.
The house passed clearance and was handed over ready for restoration. It is a small job next to an arena or a college building, and it got the same containment discipline. For the family involved, no job is bigger.
